Our internal IT team plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across our teams, enabling us to deliver excellence to our clients. We are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join us in supporting our mission to be the best in the Walmart e-commerce ecosystem.

About The Role

As an Internal IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring that our employees have the tools and resources to work seamlessly. In addition to providing hands-on support, you’ll proactively manage devices, develop automation scripts to optimize processes, and maintain comprehensive IT documentation to enhance team productivity.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues across macOS, Windows, iOS, and other systems.
  • Set up, manage, and deprovision user accounts, ensuring secure access and compliance.
  • Utilize Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools to monitor and manage company devices.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for routine IT tasks.
  • Maintain internal documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for efficient employee self-help.
  • Provide support for SaaS applications, including GSuite, password management tools (e.g., LastPass), and more.
  • Assist with basic computer networking tasks, such as DHCP, DNS, and VPN configurations.

Skills That Will Enable You To Thrive

  • 3+ years of experience as a helpdesk technician or in a similar IT support role.
  • Proficiency in both Apple (macOS, iOS) and Microsoft (Windows 10/11, Office 365) ecosystems, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with GSuite, password management systems, and managing other SaaS applications.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, including DHCP, DNS, and VPN setups.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to document and explain technical processes in an easily understandable manner.
