Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Sales Development Specialist to drive growth through innovative marketing automation and sales strategies. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and implement automated sales funnels that convert leads into course participants. You’ll work directly with course materials and content that transforms lives, while utilizing your creative marketing skills to reach and impact a broader audience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms
  • Create and optimize marketing automation funnels to drive consistent course sales
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that attract qualified prospects
  • Manage and enhance social media presence through engaging content creation and community engagement
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance
  • Promote educational products including online courses, presentations, and books through various digital channels
  • Execute sales strategies to convert leads into course participants
  • Implement and maintain CRM systems for effective lead management


Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture leads
  • Experience with sales development and conversion strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
