Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, QLD Time

About the Role:

You will be responsible for creative content creation with strategic paid advertising management. This role involves two main areas: organic social media management (creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and maintaining brand presence across platforms) and paid advertising campaign optimization (managing ad budgets, improving ROI, and working with agencies on KPIs).* Creating engaging and on-brand social media content across all brands.


Responsibilities:
  • Creating engaging and on-brand social media content across all brands.
  • Creating and editing short videos for Reels, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Developing a well-organized and consistent social and email engagement program.
  • Creating a content calendar and scheduling posts across social media accounts.
  • Managing the company’s Facebook page, Instagram account, and LinkedIn Profile.
  • Community lead engagement - responding to follower messages, interactions, and likes.
  • Managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Developing and maintaining a paid media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
  • Collaborating with content creators, designers, and other marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Analyzing campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Staying updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Managing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.
  • Working closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience
  • Certifications in social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience in managing large paid media budgets.
  • Knowledge of advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
