We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our ITaaS team. Your main responsibility will be to assist our external customers and frontline internal users by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, paving the way for effective application implementation. You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex network problems, data challenges, operating system setups, security configurations, and providing functional application guidance.

Responsibilities Include

• Implementing infrastructure solutions on-premise and in Cloud environments.
• Resolving incidents that first-level support cannot handle.
• Sharing knowledge with team members to foster growth.
• Providing process automation solutions to enhance team efficiency.
• Assisting with first-level requests when there are no second-level tasks available.
  
  

Requirements

Minimum requirements

• Proficient in Windows Server Management
• Experienced in Linux Server Administration and Virtualization Platforms
• Strong Networking skills, including Switching (L2 and L3) and Routing Management
• Knowledge of Telephony (cloud, digital, analog)
• Familiarity with office tools
• Proficient in Azure and Office 365 administration (AWS management is a plus)
• Understanding of ITIL tools
• Solid knowledge of Software and Hardware for PCs
• Experience with Intune/SCCM
• Experience with Graphane monitoring (desirable)
• Familiarity with TLS certificates (desirable)
• Possession of Microsoft certifications: MS100/1/2, AZ-104, SC200 (desirable)
• It would be a plus if you have Intermediate English proficiency
  
  

Education

• Graduated with a Higher Technician degree (preferred)
