Non-IT Recruiter

We are in search of a motivated and dedicated Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various non-IT roles in different industries, including finance, marketing, sales, customer service, and administration. The Non-IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent through various channels for non-IT positions.
  • Job Advertising: Posting job openings on relevant platforms and ensuring they are attractive and clear to potential candidates.
  • Resume Review & Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone and in-person interviews, and using assessments where necessary.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create accurate job descriptions.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extending job offers to selected candidates, handling negotiations, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Tracking and reporting on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

The Non-IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Job Advertising: Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure they are attractive and clear to potential candidates.
Resume Review & Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure smooth communication throughout the interview process.
Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit by conducting phone and in-person interviews, and using assessments where necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create accurate job descriptions.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with non-IT job requirements and industry standards
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field (preferred)
