Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is currently looking for a Technical Analyst to support a healthcare organization on the East Coast. This will be a 2-month contract and will remain 100% remote! This Analyst will be supporting a network deployment with a tight timeline. Prior to the network deployment, the Printers, Workstations and Devices team is transitioning all Epic printer from IP settings to DNS settings.

Requirements
Required
• Substantial experience working with Epic printer & workstation (EPR & LWS) records
• Extensive understanding of printer set up within Epic
• Demonstrated basic printer & workstation troubleshooting experience within Epic
• Able to effectively communicate with team members & end users (written and verbal)
• Strong documentation skills

Preferred
• Willing to work off-hours should time constraints require
• Experience with Microsoft Suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc)
• Has some experience using the Service Now ticketing system
• Able to work both independently and within a team


Benefits
The salary range below is based on the market rate and is contingent on the organization's requisition and qualifications of the candidate:

$55-65/hr
