Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and assess clients’ travel needs to create personalized experiences
  • Participate in continuous training to achieve and maintain travel booking certification
  • Engage in webinars with vendors and suppliers to gain expertise in specific destinations
  • Analyze budgets and organize trips within financial constraints
  • Develop promotional materials for client engagement
  • Stay informed about travel restrictions and industry trends
  • Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, and event tickets
  • Communicate effectively with clients before and after their travels
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or travel experience
  • Build relationships with tour operators to enhance package offerings for clients

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication abilities

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US, Mexico, Australia, or the United Kingdom
