About the Role
Selected senior consultants will provide strategic oversight, leadership, and expert guidance on investment initiatives, product development, and research methodologies. Drawing from extensive investment experience, consultants will help shape strategic direction and drive innovation in investment research processes. Engagements are flexible and scheduled on an as-needed basis
.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop comprehensive investment research strategies and methodologies
* Provide executive-level guidance on product development and strategic initiatives
* Design and optimize due diligence frameworks and research workflows
* Mentor and guide junior analysts on best practices and research methodologies
* Evaluate and enhance risk management approaches and investment processes
* Drive innovation in research tools and methodologies
* Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of senior-level experience within investment funds, venture capital, hedge funds, or private equity
* Proven track record of leading investment strategies and research teams
* Extensive experience in developing and implementing due diligence frameworks
* Strategic understanding of market dynamics and investment trends
* History of successful investment decisions and portfolio management
* Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent
* Demonstrated leadership experience in managing research teams or departments
