Job description

What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Support users and ensure seamless IT operations across devices and networks
  • Maintain a secure IT environment, including server rooms and cabling
  • Train and assist users on IT systems and applications as well as troubleshoot devices, networks, and connectivity issues
  • Implement and maintain IT systems per ALPLA standards
  • Provide on-site and remote support in office and production areas

  • A technical education, such as graduation from a technical school, or a degree in a relevant field
  • Strong computer and network skills with advanced knowledge of phone, client, and printer technologies
  • Proven problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, and cloud-based solutions
