Position: Administrative, Reporting and Bookkeeping Assistant

Location: Quezon City

Your Role:

  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record limited financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Regularly reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare Basic Financial Summaries: Create simple monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries for management review.
  • Manage and Process Payroll: Calculate and process employee wages, deductions, and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What You Need

    • Ordering Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining inventory levels, particularly in ordering uniform and restaurant supplies.
    • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to effectively handle third-party customer disputes with professionalism and tact.
    • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in payroll bonus calculations and basic financial reporting. Experience with financial analysis tools is advantageous.
    • Basic Bookkeeping: Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and reconciling accounts. Ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
