Position Overview:

We’re seeking dynamic, mission-driven leaders to join us in shaping the future of AI Agents. This role is ideal for individuals who take ownership of their work, excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments, and can pivot quickly to meet evolving challenges and opportunities.

As the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the IQ AI ecosystem. Working closely with executive leadership, you’ll establish relationships with key institutions, user communities, seasoned teams, capital providers, exchanges, wallets, infrastructure providers, and emerging primitives. Your focus will be on identifying early-stage opportunities to strengthen and grow IQ AI’s presence globally, with a particular emphasis on high-potential regions.

We value candidates with deep roots in the AI and blockchain ecosystems who can provide invaluable insights by being on the ground in relevant spaces. Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to secure strategic opportunities for the IQ AI ecosystem even before joining. Prior experience leading growth or strategic initiatives at major AI, blockchain (L1/L2), or DeFi organizations is highly preferred.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact and onboarding lead for IQ ATP, guiding new stakeholders into the ecosystem.
  • Forge connections with teams, communities, exchanges, infrastructure providers, corporations, and other key entities to integrate them into the IQ AI ecosystem.
  • Identify innovative ways for IQ ATP to capitalize on market dynamics in key regions, including joint ventures and user acquisition strategies.
  • Discover and pursue opportunities where IQ ATP’s unique infrastructure can support AI Agent deployment in ways not feasible on other platforms.
  • Collaborate with native dApps and builders to form strategic partnerships and develop features that enhance AI Agent deployment on IQ ATP.
  • Leverage personal networks and IQ AI’s brand to attract top talent and projects, while leading efforts to deploy AI Agents through ATP.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define and prioritize product features based on partner and market needs, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of blockchain trends and competitors to inform strategic and product-related decisions.
  • Work across teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to facilitate seamless product launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Act as an advocate for users and stakeholders, gathering insights and feedback to refine and enhance the ecosystem.
  • Active Socials presence (Twitter, others)


Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, ideally within blockchain, fintech, or AI-related industries.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AI, blockchain technologies, and DeFi.
  • Familiarity with trends in AI, DeFi, NFT-fi, GameFi, and the broader on-chain ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to establish and manage complex partnerships involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in building and scaling business development, sales, or partnerships teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and align product strategies with business goals.
  • Demonstrated success in both Web2/Web3 and crypto-native business development initiatives.
