We are now looking for a Digital Service Manager for our Urban Water, North America Business Unit.


Drive digital sales within the Urban Water customer base to include Software as a Service (SaaS) and Control & Monitoring digital platforms associated with chemical sales.


Remote US (close to major airport)


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Develop the Digital Service strategy for Urban Water NA; Overall project owner of the digital service initiatives and performance aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to understand customer needs.
  • Demo digital solutions with potential customers and recommend technical design/package.
  • Identify ROI and value propositions for target customers.
  • Evaluate potential solutions and stay current regarding industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Manage vendor relationships and external service providers.
  • Liaison with Kemira’s Global Digital Service Unit for the market needs and requirements.
  • Promote Digital Service platforms at tradeshows and webinars
