Job Overview

The State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a detail-oriented Epic PB Billing Analyst for a one-year remote contract opportunity. This role is pivotal in supporting the Epic EHR implementation, focusing on enhancing billing processes in collaboration with clinical and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and communicate business requirements for system functionalities and enhancements.
• Conduct thorough testing of system changes to ensure compliance with business needs while safeguarding the integrity of other system areas.
• Serve as the primary support contact for end-users, identifying and resolving application-related issues.
• Guide the design of workflows, oversee system builds and tests, and address technical challenges associated with Epic software.
• Collaborate with Epic representatives and end-users to ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals and timelines.
• Perform in-depth analysis of existing and future workflows, data collection, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and security across assigned applications and systems.
