Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility web initiative for the flagship websites of a major educational institution. This role involves managing the implementation of a web development project, collaborating with internal technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and external vendors. The ideal candidate has expertise in Agile methodologies, experience with web development processes, and a strong focus on visual design. This position is fully remote, with a commitment of 35 hours per week.


Required Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, specifically with web or digital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience working in Jira.
  • Familiarity with Drupal or similar web development platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Proven ability to manage all phases of web development projects.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including creative and technical groups.
  • Strong organizational skills for scheduling, meeting deadlines, and delivering milestones on time.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing web projects in higher education environments.
  • Understanding of adaptive scrum approaches in software projects.
  • Prior experience with stakeholder engagement in large, high-profile initiatives.


Compensation: $50/Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
