Position Overview

We are looking for a Client Services Representative (Case Manager Assistant) to be responsible for assisting our clients, guiding and supporting them throughout their journey with us. This isn't about sales, it's about service. Ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and understood is at the heart of your role.

Locations: New Mexico Area/ Las Cruces, NM

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week). May require additional hours, evenings, and/or weekend work. This is an on-site position.

Essential Functions

  • Providing exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate client records within our CRM.
  • Showcasing an adeptness in understanding medical records, billing, and filing.
  • Assisting with the seamless flow of documents, processes, and strategies for client success.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings.


Work Experience

  • Experience in medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable follow-up.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
