In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and play a key part in driving Quadra’s success. You will have the opportunity to achieve sales targets while developing emerging accounts through innovative sales and marketing initiatives. Plus, you will provide top-notch account management support for our existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service and uncovering exciting sales growth opportunities.

Sales Representative, you will connect regularly with our established clients while also prospecting and qualifying exciting new leads. This position is ideal for someone eager to enhance their sales expertise and propel their career to new heights.

What would be your main responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative?:
- Acquire and maintain good working knowledge of our product portfolio and services.
- Identify and fully qualify potential new accounts and evaluate sales potential for Quadra products within assigned territory.
- Using our CRM, fully maintain detailed records of prospects, and customer contacts, sales call, samples, and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts.
- Support for the sales team including lead management, coordination of bids and proposals.
- Back up support for the team while they are travelling.
- Support the sales team with organizing call reports, setting up new customers, documentation, and other sales related activities.
- Report any changes in business trends, customer concerns, market dynamic sand competitor activity.
- Participate in training to enhance product and sales knowledge.
- Attend sales meetings and tradeshows as directed by the Sales Manager.
- Plan pre-call agendas on important accounts in the territory with the Sales Manager.
- Make joint calls in the field with sales team to further develop sales skills and training.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, chemistry, marketing, business, or related field.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
- Experience in the food industry would be an asset.
- Ability and determination to seek out and pursue new business opportunities and make cold calls and prospect over the phone.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Team player accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability.
- Demonstrate initiative, self-reliance, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to handle pressure.
- Strong computer skills (ideally with a CRM such as Salesforce and be able to work effectively with the Office 365 suite).
- Ability to motivate oneself, demonstrate autonomy, learn new technologies and adapt to new situations.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is
$66,200.00 to
$99,400.00 USD per year, depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications. Our salary ranges are carefully benchmarked by role and level, ensuring competitive pay that rewards your expertise.
