Job description

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung internationaler Kunden in unserer Support-Hotline
  • Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen per Mail oder Telefon
  • Kommunikation mit den Entwicklern
  • Hilfestellung bei der Software-Installation
  • Durchführung von Basisschulungen

Dein Arbeitsplatz ist grundsätzlich dein Homeoffice.

Deine üblichen Arbeitszeiten sind dabei zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 17:00 Uhr.


Deine Qualifikation

  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Support oder in der Hotline im Software-Umfeld
  • Du weist praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit parametrischen CAD Systemen (Hauptsächlich SWX, SE, INV) und ein grundsätzliches Verständnis von IT-Systemen vor.
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Datenbanken (z.B. SQL, Access) und im Umgang mit PDM/PLM-Systemen (z.B. PDM Pro, Vault, ProFile) sowie ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, ProAlpha) ist von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Bugtrackern/Logging-Systemen wie Mantis, Jira oder DevOps sowie Ticketsystemen wie beispielsweise KIX/OTRS ist ebenso hilfreich.
  • In der Kommunikation per Telefon und E-Mail zeichnest du dich durch einen offenen und freundlichen, aber auch verbindlichen und lösungsorientierten Stil aus.
  • Du befolgst vorgegebene Workflows und Arbeitsprozesse. Dabei ist es für dich selbstverständlich, gründlich zu arbeiten und deine Tätigkeiten zu dokumentieren.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift.
