We are seeking an exceptional people leader to lead a high performing sales team. As a member of an essential sales leadership team, the Regional Vice President of BASIC Traditional Sales will provide management, leadership, and professional development of a professional sales team for the sales of all company services through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Distributors) who provide professional services to all size business clients.

We are looking for an instinctive people leader who has demonstrated their ability to effectively mentor and motivate a national team. You have proven skills in building and executing sales strategies with a focus on results. 

Responsibilities of our Regional Vice Presidents include: 

  • Managing relationships with accounts and Providers to sell BASIC services to potential clients.
  • Selecting high performing talent, coaching, and developing your team, and managing their performance.    
  • Establishing and maintaining a results-oriented culture that supports achievement of company goals and corporate mission.
  • Leading RSDs in planning and goal setting and holding each RSD accountable for meeting their goals. 
  • Providing field support to each of your RSDs. 
  • Developing and conducting marketing and sales strategies within the territory represented by the assigned RSDs.
  • Implementing and managing the sales budget within your territories. 

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a degree in business administration, marketing, or related discipline 
  • A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in sales and/or marketing and supervision is preferred.
