Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with in-house team for all shipping issues and enquiries.
  • Do ' whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance to OTD 95%.
  • Coordinate flow & documentation of import procedures.
  • Coordinate & liaise with Custom Department for exemption and Government application.
  • Perform shipment audit and ensure correct use of shipping inco-terms.
  • Assist & support in all shipping import/ export activities which deem necessary.
  • Freight Sourcing and negotiation for import/ export destination.
  • Certificate of Origin submission & ASN upload as required.
  • Be aware of ISO9001 and ISO 14001 procedures and policies.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in a MNC with high mix high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Must be PC literate in spreadsheet applications, knowledgeable & experience in warehousing or logistics management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and reporting of information/data.
  • Possess logical thinking and analytical thinking skills.
