Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at India Accelerator. This position is based in Gurgaon and offers flexibility with Full-Time, Part-Time, and Remote employment options. The ideal candidate should have up to 10 years of relevant work experience, bringing a solid background in software development and system design, as well as proficiency in technologies such as Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.

Qualifications And Skills

• Strong experience in software development with a focus on building scalable and efficient systems.
• Proficiency in system design and architecture to support high-load applications and services.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix complex issues efficiently.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing small to medium-sized development teams.
• Deep understanding of Node.js for backend development and ensuring robust server-side performance.
• Extensive experience with React.js for building complex front-end user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications to meet business needs and project requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the applications and systems developed.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and supervise the deployment process to ensure smooth releases.
