About The Role

As a growing team, were looking for a Marketing Manager who shares our passion for scaling early-stage B2B startups and believes in creating impact through strategic, data-driven marketing.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong foundation in B2B marketing (with a particular knack for content marketing), and are always looking for smarter ways to get things done, wed love to have you on board.

What Youll Do

As a Marketing Manager at Client company, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end marketing efforts: Strategize, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Content Marketing: Develop, manage, and optimize content for sales enablement, blogs, sales decks, case studies, and other collaterals. We are looking for a T-shaped marketer who has breadth of knowledge across all avenues, but depth when it comes to content:
  • Brand Strategy: Work closely with the founders to define Company brand identity and voice.
  • AI-driven Marketing Execution: Leverage AI tools and technologies to increase efficiency, speed, and quality across marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use data to measure the success of campaigns, optimize marketing efforts, and report ROI to stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Conceptualize and execute webinars, conferences, mixers, and other lead-gen events for Company target audience.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in early-stage B2B startups.
  • Content Expertise: Demonstrated depth in content marketing, including crafting blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Broad Marketing Skills: A working understanding of SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO) to streamline marketing workflows.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Exceptional Communication: Both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
