Technical Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
- Prospect clients and business opportunities by working closely with the Marketing department, aiming to grow the sales funnel and consequently increase business opportunities.
- Apply effective sales techniques to ensure a more precise match with the proposed solution, increasing the likelihood of closing deals and achieving better financial results.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to provide an enhanced customer experience with EagleBurgmann.
- Monitor key opportunities in your client portfolio using CRM tools, maintaining regular contact with clients and conducting technical and commercial visits to secure sales.
- Provide technical assistance to clients during post-sales or warranty periods, identifying on-site issues, repairing them when possible, or escalating to the technical assistance and repair team.
- Train and share technical and operational knowledge, as well as other relevant information, with client teams during visits or upon request, aiming for client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the finance department in recovering overdue payments by identifying the responsible individuals for payment approval, resolving outstanding issues, or forwarding them to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B commercial roles within the same or similar industries (pumps, compressors, agitators, fans, rotating and static equipment, boilers, turbines, and related fields).
- Understanding of technical drawings and industrial mechanics.
- Strong prospecting and client retention skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Willingness to travel.
