Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Container Freight Station (CFS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a thorough understanding of the logistics industry, particularly CFS operations, and a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new business.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Sales Planning And Execution

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Reporting And Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the logistics, supply chain, or CFS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of CFS operations and the logistics industry.
