Full Stack Development Software Engineer (SDE)
This role is a hybrid role reporting in to Longmont, CO. It is anticipated that the on site requirement will be two days per week.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Development Software Engineer (SDE) to join our growing team. As an SDE, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust enterprise class web applications and tools to support the development of our core products that contribute to our company’s success, work collaboratively with the team at large.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy applications.
- Database schema design, implementation and migration.
- Maintain and expand a CI/CD pipeline.
- Contribute to product architecture, software component designs & formal technical writing.
- Contribute towards and own various phases of the software development life cycle.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Research and implement new methodologies to enhance software capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with Java or C#.
- Experience with relational database schema design, implementation & management.
- Experienced with scripting languages such as JavaScript/Typescript or Python, etc.
- Experienced with HTML, CSS and front-end design principles.
- Experience with web frameworks like Spring Boot is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Linux environments.
- Familiarity with back-end development concepts and frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passion for learning and staying updated.
Location: This position is primarily an onsite role in Longmont, CO, with partial remote work available.
Base Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
