Are you passionate about empowering partners to drive success and growth? Hometime is looking for a dynamic Partner Strategy and Enablement Manager to join our team and support our network of Hosting Partners.


Hosting Partners are our local hosts who provide operational and logistical services to our Guests, Homeowners and Properties according to Hometime’s standards. This role will play a pivotal part in building and executing enablement strategies that optimize partner performance, revenue, and alignment with our business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop Hometime’s go-to-market strategy through our partners: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Hometime utilising existing and new partners across Australia. Work with a Partner Management team to continuously identify Hometime’s need for partners in specific markets.
  • Develop and Implement Partner Enablement Programs: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive partner enablement initiatives, including training sessions, webinars, workshops, and educational materials tailored to partner needs.
  • Recruitment, Onboarding and Training: Identify, Recruit and facilitate the onboarding process for new partners by providing them with the necessary tools, information, and training to ensure quick integration and ongoing engagement.
  • Resource Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and update policies, workflows, product guides, playbooks and other resources that partners can use to effectively service Hometime’s guests and homeowners.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine enablement strategies and enhance partner productivity
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Hometime’s partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and ensure timely, effective resolution of issues.
  • Community Building and Engagement: Foster a sense of community among partners by creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Organize events, forums, and workshops to bring partners together, enabling them to learn from each other’s successes and challenges.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure enablement programs align with broader company objectives and strategies, contributing to overall organizational success.
  • Drive Partner Success: Work closely with partners to understand their operations, challenges, and needs, providing the necessary support to help them meet and exceed Hometime’s standards.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading partner or sales enablement, customer success enablement, revenue operations, business strategy and operations or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized and proactive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials to partners and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms in logistics, hospitality, or service industries is a plus.
  • Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals and meet tight deadlines.
  • This role is hybrid can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Gold Coast
