Job description

Working mode: Athens Hybrid or Remote in Greece

Compensation:

  • Hybrid: 1300 EUR gross/month
  • Remote: 1200 EUR gross/month
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 15% annually
  • Loyalty Bonus: 500 EUR gross after your first anniversary

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative with a love for sports to join our team! You will play a key role in interacting with customers through calls, chats, emails, and messages, ensuring their needs are met with top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer communications promptly and professionally.
  • Understand and address customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Accurately provide complete and reliable information using the provided tools.
  • Meet individual and team targets, including case handling KPIs.
  • Keep precise records of all interactions and ensure smooth processing of accounts/documents.
  • Follow company communication standards and policies to ensure excellent service.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Enthusiastic about sports (bonus if cycling is your passion!).
  • Strong verbal and written skills in both support language and English.
  • Excellent listening abilities and a flexible, customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Adaptability to work with various client personalities.


Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 20:00
