What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with the sales team and patients to gather necessary documentation to meet insurance guidelines
• Answer customer calls, providing information and troubleshooting product or service issues
• Perform data entry and processing duties, including insurance verification and order confirmations
• Assist with patient scheduling for equipment delivery and collection
• Conduct outbound calls for customer satisfaction and follow-up
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED is required
• At least two years of related experience in an office environment
• Must meet company minimum standard for background checks
• Strong organizational and customer relations skills
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and technology
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of DOT/FDA Regulations
• Bilingual (reading, writing, verbal)
• Previous experience in a service management industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
