What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute workflow processes to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes in practice operations
• Collect, review, and analyze data related to assigned projects
• Conduct time studies to assess process improvement activities and performance
• Act as a subject matter expert in practice operations and document process workflows
• Train teammates on operational systems and new functionalities
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associates Degree plus 2 years of practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating readiness for change
• Excellent communication skills to interact with providers and team members
• Experience in developing documentation and job aids for process workflows

• Experience in healthcare-related project management or operations improvement
• Familiarity with revenue cycle management and customer relationship management systems
