  • Collaboration: Work in close partnership with product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate customer challenges and propose enhancements to our products and services.

  • AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, assist customers, and improve internal processes. Familiarity with AI tools is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
