Job Title: Content Marketing Associate

Location: Hybrid or Remote (based in Irvine, CA)

Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Marketing Associate to become a vital part of our energetic marketing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and industry developments to enhance brand presence.
  • Write, edit, and oversee a variety of content forms, including blogs, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, and videos.
  • Manage the company's LinkedIn profile by generating posts, scheduling content, executing paid campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Boost employee engagement on LinkedIn by offering resources and producing content utilizing platforms such as Sprout Social's Advocacy tool.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice across all content—both organic and paid—aligning with key messaging.
  • Supervise content project workflows, establish deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Optimize content for search engines using keyword research and SEO best practices to drive traffic to our website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to develop content that supports marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with external writers, agencies, and vendors to augment content production as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of content marketing principles and SEO practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create content that promotes engagement and drives traffic.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Sprout Social (or comparable platforms), and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Strong project management skills with the proficiency to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with visual design principles or graphic design abilities.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of marketing tools like WordPress, BrightEdge, Semrush, Trello, JasperAI, Figma, Photoshop, Seismic, or Pardot/Salesforce.
  • Bonus: Experience with video marketing and multimedia storytelling.

Qualifications
