The Role: Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to become a member of our Customer Success team. In this position, you will concentrate on promoting the successful implementation and sustained engagement with our healthcare services across the schools we support. By collaborating closely with our Account Management and Implementation teams, you will be essential in nurturing school partnerships and guaranteeing students’ access to quality healthcare.
Location: This is a remote position with approximately 80% field travel to school sites, primarily in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with school health teams and leadership to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with school staff (both virtually and in person) to assess and address their healthcare needs.
- Participate in and lead school district, school-specific, and community events.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issues to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Support our mission of providing accessible healthcare for all students.
Additional Responsibilities
- Compile regular internal reports detailing account health, usage metrics, satisfaction levels, and overall impact.
- Advocate for the interests of our school partners within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, communications, and insights in our CRM to improve account management.

- Proven expertise in customer success or relationship management, ideally within educational or healthcare settings, with experience in schools or school districts being a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, preferably within K-12 education or healthcare.
- Familiarity in working with children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Ability to fulfill fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared school access.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Current residency in Pennsylvania, preferably in the Philadelphia area.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a startup or high-growth organization.
- Knowledge of customer success software such as Gainsight.
- Established connections within Philadelphia schools or communities.
Compensation And Benefits
We provide a competitive total compensation package ranging from \(90,000 to \)110,000, encompassing base salary and performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include a 401k match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, paid time off, and more.
