The Senior Director of Sales for We Insure is a key leadership position that will be responsible for the overall growth strategy for the organization. They will be responsible for growth of premium and increasing new business across our We Insure network, as well as within our National Sales Center team. This leader will execute strategy focused on achievement of sales targets, inspiring growth and increasing efficiency and satisfaction for our customer base.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand We Insure's network, targeting both existing and new territories based on market potential and competitive positioning.
Develop strategies to increase insurance premiums across the franchise network through targeted sales initiatives and customer retention programs.
Oversee and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and social media efforts for the We Insure network.
Provide ongoing support and training to the team to equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve growth targets in their respective territories.
Provide strong leadership and direction to the National Sales Center team, fostering a high-performance culture that motivates and inspires producers while nurturing a supportive and positive team environment.
Develop and implement clear performance expectations and metrics, regularly monitor and evaluate producer performance and drive producer growth.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
Stay informed and communicate with sales team on carrier appetites and carrier updates.

Education and/or Experience:
10+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record in senior leadership roles managing sales organizations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/training leadership role within a call center environment or related experience.
Proven track record of establishing and optimizing sales call centers that deliver measurable results.
Experience in building and expanding sales call centers is highly preferred.
P&C insurance experience helpful but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Applied Epic, and other relevant software applications.
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent years of service experience met.
