We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Director of Information Technology to lead the strategic implementation and ongoing support of our software solutions. This critical position involves managing a team of internal product support specialists and working collaboratively across various departments to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality software tailored to the multifamily industry, including property management, leasing, resident services, and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of internal product support specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our operational and growth objectives.
• Oversee the deployment of software solutions for property management, leasing applications, and maintenance tracking, ensuring they meet industry-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives and regional managers, to identify and implement technology-driven solutions for business challenges.
• Plan, execute, and monitor software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Implement best practices in software testing and quality assurance to maximize user satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in software implementation and support, preferably in the multifamily or real estate industry.
