As the Key Account Manager Foodservice Benelux, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth within the foodservice sector. Reporting to the Sales Manager Foodservice France & Benelux, you will:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Benelux foodservice market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and end-users.
  • Identify and convert pipeline accounts into profitable sales in line with margin targets.
  • Respond to formal tenders and negotiate contractual terms with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement business development and marketing plans.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry meetings and events across the foodservice sector.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Benelux foodservice sector, working with distributors and end-users.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to set realistic goals and meet deadlines.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to understand value-added solutions.
  • Proficiency in French and Dutch, with English being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
