We aim to provide our students with a seamless start to their learning journey, ensuring they are fully prepared and motivated before their course begins. We are looking for an Senior Customer Support Manager to help us achieve these goals.

What you will do

Main Aims

  • Create a seamless start for students, reducing drop-off before the start date.
  • Prepare students and keep them motivated, ensuring they are ready to begin.
  • Guarantee students have necessary access, understand next steps, and complete mandatory pre-start tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Seamless Start
  • Implement onboarding processes to minimize drop-off.
  • Monitor and address student concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and Motivate Students
  • Deliver pre-start activities to keep students engaged.
  • Ensure students feel prepared to start their course.
  • Guarantee Access and Task Completion
  • Confirm students have platform and Discord access.
  • Validate login credentials and permissions.
  • Provide clear instructions and communicate key milestones.
  • Track progress on pre-start tasks and offer support.
  • Use Discord and WhatsApp to keep students informed.
  • Ensure accessible support for any issues.
  • Conduct final checks and introduce the Guidance team.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or onboarding.
  • Knowledge of online course platforms and Discord.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English (B2).
  • Native Spanish.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Hubspot, Discord, and WhatsApp.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
