Their team helps aspiring & experienced real estate investors experience real growth through ongoing training focused on areas that they struggle with most.

This offer has been sold now for over 2 years and they have 2 setters and 2 closers on the team.

The Role

This is a Sales Executive/Closer role perfect for high-performing sales professionals passionate about helping others while delivering exceptional results.

Job Description

This role will be primarily warm, inbound leads sold over Zoom. The sale itself is ROI-driven, anchored by a strong business/leadership frame. You will be expected to take a minimum of 70-80 live meetings per month (approx 3-4/day or 15-20/week) through organic & outbound marketing methods. Also pipeline management by following up with past inbound deals and leads.

Compensation

  • On-Track Earnings (OTE): $156,000 minimum with the ability to make $240,000+ including bonuses

  • Prior knowledge in at least one of the following areas is required: real estate, investing, finance, accounting, or marketing.
