Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email or live chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Providing product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
  • Upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing and potential customers, aiming to meet sales targets.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.


Requirements

  • Native French, German, Dutch, Danish, Hungarian or Czech
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience
  • Soft Skills, advanced Active Listening and Engagement
  • Confident, adaptable and Empathetic
  • Pleasant and positive attitude
