IT Project Manager

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our Partner, we are looking for IT Project Manager.

Your Duties Will Include

• Aligns program goals with the IT Strategy and company objectives, providing advice on the selection and planning of all related projects and activities.
• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on program-related activities, ensuring effective governance arrangements supported by comprehensive reporting and communication.
• Takes charge of defining, documenting, and successfully completing complex projects with significant business, political, or high-profile impact and high-risk dependencies, while also managing the budget.
• Selects and advises on methods and tools, such as iterative techniques where appropriate, ensuring effective project control, change management, risk management, and testing processes are maintained.
• Supports collaboration with third-party suppliers when necessary.
• Typically operates across two delivery channels.
• Provides consultation on identifying, planning, and coordinating a set of related projects with high risk, high investment, and high complexity within a business change program, supporting the IT strategy and its objectives.
  
  

Requirements That Must Be Met

• 3+ years of proven experience in implementing regulatory frameworks in IT space
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects and programs in multinational environment
• Thorough experience and knowledge of at least one IT domain in scope of DORA regulation (IT Security/UAM/Network preferred)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Very good English and Polish

We have an office in Krakow, but if you like to work remotely, that’s absolutely fine. Over the next few months, we plan to continue working this way. After that, you decide according to what you prefer. We are OK with fully remote work. For us, you can be located anywhere. :)
