About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive to cultivate and nurture relationships within our community of care and transport providers, workers, drivers, volunteers and participants.

Your role will be to identify, engage and nurture relationships with potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal Account Executive has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and driving sales though to close.

This role requires strong sales and communication skills, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to our mission so that you can engage prospective customers with empathy and guide them through the sales process by effectively demonstrating how our products can solve their specific business challenges. This role carries a direct responsibility for delivering top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

We are looking for a proactive business developer who likes to lead from the front and drive ideas and delivers excellent results via careful attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent Caremaster’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as prospect and industry research to explain how our solutions solve customer’s business challenges
  • Generate leads and build relationships by researching prospects, establishing an authentic relationship with them and educating them on how Caremaster can support their business
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Caremaster internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Product Management, subject matter experts, leadership and Marketing) in next steps as required
  • Apply best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation and sales playbook



Responsibilities

  • Utilise Caremaster’s CRM (HubSpot), prospect outreach, LinkedIn, events and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the key pain points of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up and deliver product demonstrations and solution meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and internal subject matter experts as required
  • Report to Head of Revenue with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Minimum Experience/Skills Required

  • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong desire and personal motivation to be a high performing Account Executive
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach and a strong understanding of NDIS Businesses.
  • Proven track record of driving business development initiatives, converting leads, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, social sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in community management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the disability or aged care sectors.
