We have an opening for a Recruitment Consultant to join our remote wfh business. A role for someone innately motivated, driven by building genuine connections [even if you're not in the room].

  • Innate drive. This is a WFH role with a huge amount of autonomy, so your level of self motivation will be integral to your success
  • An ability to build a strong personal brand.
  • Strong data integrity. Our network is wide, & strong record keeping helps to ensue everyone get's next level service
  • High EQ and a natural curiousity both go a very long way in this industry
  • Understanding of retail/ecommerce



Your role will look like:

  • Cultivating relationships across Revere's existing network, as well as growing out new connections and fresh opportunities to add value
  • Building out your personal brand, both at networking events and in the way you show up online
  • 360 recruitment, managing the recruitment process end to end
  • Post placement follow up and candidate care
