Essential Requirements:- Expert in Australian Accounting
- Familiar with Xero Accounting software.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar financial role.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations—maintaining precise records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the financial well-being of our company. You’ll enjoy a mix of financial analysis, reconciliation, and teamwork, including close collaboration with our dedicated SMSF team.
Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable:- Review, verify, and process invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures including timely filing of tax returns, and assisting in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Commissions:- Calculate and process broker commissions accurately and efficiently.
Payroll:- Process and manage payroll for the SMSF team members and ensure compliance with all payroll regulations, including tax and benefit deductions, and timely filing of payroll tax returns.
Bookkeeping:- Accurately record financial transactions, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Account Reconciliation: - Conduct regular reconciliation of financial accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Financial Reporting: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
Financial Analysis:- Conduct thorough financial analysis, interpret data trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Vendor and Client Interaction:- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters
Documentation and Compliance: - Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all investment lending activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues.
