The People team is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources at TRACTIAN, from onboarding to employee development and performance management. This department focuses on building and maintaining a strong company culture, ensuring that employees are engaged, supported, and aligned with the company’s goals. The People team also handles payroll, benefits, and employee relations, making sure that TRACTIAN attracts and retains top talent while fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.

What you'll do

As a HR Analytics Analyst, you will leverage technology and data to enhance HR processes and support our people operations. You will work closely with HR systems, automate workflows, and use data analytics to drive informed decision-making. Your role involves improving the efficiency of HR functions by implementing and managing automation solutions, generating insightful reports, and ensuring that all HR technologies are optimized for accuracy and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline HR processes, such as employee onboarding, performance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyze workforce metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for HR strategy.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support data-driven decision-making, including forecasting workforce needs and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within HR systems, working closely with IT or external vendors as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy across all HR systems, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Create and deliver training for HR team members on new tools and processes, supporting digital literacy and efficient system usage.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical HR role, with a strong background in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analysis.
  • •Proficient in using data analytics and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate) and experience creating efficient workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy laws and best practices in data management within HR.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, and comfortable with data manipulation and report generation.
