Position Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation
  • Creates and manages opportunities to build a pipeline of interested prospects and converts these opportunities into revenue.
  • Consistently meets and/or exceeds quota.
  • Builds and maintains a credible and strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Employs a strategic approach to prospecting and sales with a high level of professionalism.
  • Utilizes strong communication skills to articulate Token’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Partners closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership and other internal stakeholders to build company pipeline.
  • Actively and intentionally prospects, bringing in a high volume of new prospective clients as well as commercial customers.
  • Follows up on all qualified leads and new incoming leads within the prescribed time frame.
  • Builds strong relationships and quickly builds trust with stakeholders throughout the company.
Knowledge ,Tools, and Learning
  • Develops and maintains technical competency in all Token solutions, competitive solutions, and the market landscape.
  • Addresses questions or concerns from prospects and differentiates Token’s offerings effectively.
  • Sets clear, achievable goals for self and tracks progress regularly.
  • Prioritizes activities and manages time effectively to focus on high-potential opportunities.
  • Provides sales forecasts that are consistently accurate and utilizes Sales Force in real-time, and other tools in place and new ones as they are adopted by the organization.
  • Commits to continuous self-reflection, learning, and improvement. Solicits feedback from prospects, customers, and colleagues to understand what’s working well and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifies best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
  • Embraces the use of AI tools in prospecting, account management, communications, and other areas where efficiencies may be achieved.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. Significant and extensive related experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Other Experience, Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in new business development with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity segment required.
  • Experience in the IAM segment pf cybersecurity preferred,
Base salary for this role is between $75,000-$85,000 depending on your unique mix of education and experience with variable pay based on performance.
