System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our recruiting team with a dynamic, personable Talent Acquisition Specialist (contract). In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talented professionals to fill sales vacant sales positions in all our branch locations. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to achieve staffing objectives by using multiple channels for recruiting and evaluating top talent.

About You

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and use a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, social media, networking, and industry and role specific resources to maximize candidate sourcing
  • Develop cohesive relationships with hiring managers, while getting a feel for each team to ensure a smooth recruiting process and cultural fit within the organization
  • Manage the interview process including: phone screening and interviewing candidates, recommending qualified candidates, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and providing feedback for both parties
  • Create and maintain complete and accurate records within our ATS
  • Facilitate the handoff from the recruiting process to the onboarding process
  • Understands current/future hiring needs and analyzes the labor market to develop and recommend the right recruiting strategies for the business
  • Evaluates and recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal laws which pertain to applicant interviewing and hiring

Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of 1 years of recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, search tools and techniques, social media (BambooHR preferred)
  • Experience and advanced skills with MS Office, particularly calendar and scheduling functions
  • Experience recruiting for all disciplines including Sales, Administrative, Operations, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in a setting that requires a sense of immediacy, ability to manage competing demands
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain workload
  • Must be able to accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • This will be a contract position for our busier season
