As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage advertising campaigns for TOP and its portfolio companies, with a primary focus on Telegram ads. In addition, you will be responsible for expanding our digital marketing efforts by conducting website audits, setting up social listening tools, and optimizing overall marketing performance.


Your responsibilities will include ad spend management, content coordination, audience targeting, and campaign performance tracking. You will collaborate with our digital agency, internal teams, and portfolio companies to ensure alignment with marketing objectiv

es.This role combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving to ensure campaigns drive engagement, maximize ROI across key platforms.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Telegram ad campaigns for TOP and its portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with our digital agency to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and meet strategic objectives.

Budget Allocation and Tracking:

  • Distribute the Telegram ad spend budget across TOP and portfolio companies based on priorities and goals.
  • Monitor and track ad spend to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with budgets.

Content Coordination:

  • Gather and review ad content from portfolio companies to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Provide feedback and align creative assets with campaign strategies.

Channel Identification and Optimization:

  • Identify the most relevant Telegram channels and KOLs for ad distribution.
  • Evaluate channel performance and adjust targeting to improve campaign results.

Barter Program Management:

  • Manage the barter program by allocating ad budgets to selected Telegram channels and KOLs in exchange for promotional posts.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of these partnerships.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use tools like Adstat.pro, SEMRush, and Gravity to analyze campaign performance metrics (CPM, CPS, CTR, conversions).
  • Provide regular reports on ad performance, spend distribution, and ROI to internal stakeholders.

Website and Social Media Optimization:

  • Perform website audits using SEMRush to identify and resolve SEO issues.
  • Optimize website performance for improved visibility and user engagement.
  • Set up and manage social listening tools such as Determ and Brand Analytics to track brand mentions, sentiment, and market trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the main liaison between TOP, our ad agency, and portfolio companies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, updates, and outcomes clearly and effectively.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Telegram advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEMRush, Determ, Brand Analytics, or equivalent tools.
  • Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Native capabilities in both Russian and English.
  • CET timezone.
