Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to play a crucial role in our product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, identifying software defects, and working closely with developers to ensure the delivery of robust, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases

· Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications

· Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking systems

· Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues

· Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality

· Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts

· Conduct regression testing to ensure new changes don't affect existing functionality

· Perform load and performance testing as needed

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance

· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

· Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques

· Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

· Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)

· Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

· Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
