Job description

Sr Technical Recruiter
100% remote ( EST or CST preferred)
M-F, 8am-5pm EST or CST (100 percent remote!)
Start as a 3 month contract, potential for extension to 6+ months (cannot guarantee at this time)


Position Overview:
  • As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be at the center of our product and engineering initiatives.
  • This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring the right talent to help us align to our mission of improving the care journey for those with the most complex health conditions.
  • Our Technical and Product teams will rely on the incumbent’s expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • The role will also contribute to our employer branding and diversity initiatives by promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
Who you’ll be working with:
  • With our TA team, you may be partnering with different recruiting professionals both in and outside of the US.
  • In addition, you will work directly with Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Talent Partners, Compensation teams, and (of course) candidates!
  • This is a true multi-faceted collaboration role where internal and external stakeholder management is of utmost importance.
  • This role will report into our Associate Director, Talent Acquisition who has accountability for global recruitment delivery in the Tech and Product domains.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Creating and implementing engaging talent branding, job advertisements, and other recruitment marketing materials that showcase our unique value proposition and culture.
  • Leading the requisition kick-off process, designing the interview game plan, and facilitating clear and timely communication with the selection team.
  • Leveraging advanced talent attraction and sourcing strategies across different platforms and resources to reach and engage with diverse and qualified talent pools.
  • Evaluating and short-listing candidates through effective screening and alignment with culture and skills, ensuring a positive and fair candidate experience.
  • Driving the interview and offer process, managing stakeholder expectations, and building influential relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant data and records in the ATS (Workday)
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
The Experience You’ll Need - Required!
  • Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of recruitment experience OR 8+ years of recruitment experience with no bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5+ years of technology and/or product recruitment experience and a moderate knowledge of technical concepts, platforms, and terminology.
  • Advanced experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle in an ATS, preferably Workday.
  • Proven experience in candidate evaluation and assessment across a variety of domains and experience levels and leveraging different methodologies with a strong focus on “Quality of Hire”.
  • Advanced knowledge and utilization of modern recruitment practices and concepts including recruitment marketing, direct sourcing, managing talent pipelines, hiring forecasting.
  • Knowledgeable about modern recruitment technology including LinkedIn Recruiter (and other candidate-based platforms), one-way interview technology, an understanding of emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Expert stakeholder management skills, ability to influence decision making with a consultative approach.
