Job description

🚀We are looking for an experienced Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Director to spearhead the development and implementation of GTM strategies for a mobile product line. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in product positioning, market analysis, and executing impactful product launches on a global scale.

Location: Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with brand objectives to ensure successful product launches.
  • Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and launch schedules for mobile product lines.
  • Manage the full GTM lifecycle, from market analysis and strategic planning to product rollout and post-launch performance review.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver effective GTM campaigns.
  • Monitor GTM performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing GTM team.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Significant experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly with mobile or smart electronic consumer products.
    • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing GTM strategies for major telecom brands.
    • Proven track record in driving successful product launches and crafting innovative GTM approaches.
    • Strong ability to collaborate across functions, with experience working on regional and global teams.
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin (or another relevant language) for seamless communication.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
