Job Overview

Rhenix Lifesciences is seeking a work from home Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team . The selected candidate will be pivotal in crafting compelling and impactful visual content that aligns with our brand ethos. This full-time or internship role is open to individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. A template for creativity, this position requires flexibility to infuse designs with innovation, enhancing our visual identity within the medical practice industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill) to create and edit high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audience.
• Expertise in Figma (Mandatory skill) for collaborative interface design workflows, creating cohesive and interactive UX/UI experiences.
• Acumen in UX/UI Design (Mandatory skill) to enhance user interaction and engagement through intuitive design solutions.
• Skillful with Adobe Illustrator to produce scalable graphics and illustrations that maintain brand standards and visual clarity.
• Knowledge in Adobe InDesign to layout multi-page documents and presentations effectively and efficiently.
• Experience using Sketch in digital design and prototyping to facilitate the creation of innovative, user-friendly applications.
• Strong understanding of Typography to select and arrange type that communicates effectively and aligns with brand tone.
• Ability in Brand Identity Creation to develop consistent and recognizable visual elements that strengthen brand presence and perception.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and deliver various materials that effectively communicate the brands message across digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop innovative graphics and layouts for various projects.
• Ensure all designs meet the companys visual standards and are optimized across all platforms and devices.
• Engage in sketching and prototyping activities to explore design ideas and solve visual challenges systematically.
• Participate in client meetings and project briefings to understand project scopes and deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay updated with current design trends and advancements in digital media and design technologies.
• Provide design support for internal and external presentations to reinforce Rhenix Lifesciences's innovative approach in life sciences.
