Job description

At TWINT, we believe that innovation should make our lives and coexistence better. That it should help us focus on the things that really matter: The experiences that move us. The people who are close to us. All the things that move us forward together. That's why we're making our everyday lives easier all the time - because payment and everything around it can be integrated smoothly into our lives and we no longer have to worry about it. So that each of us can make more of the moment. On a small scale as well as on a large scale. For ourselves, for others and for the whole of Switzerland.

Our Business Insights & Analytics Team is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital (App) Analyst. Ideally, you bring extensive experience in Google Analytics, Firebase, and BigQuery combined with a strong product mindset, enabling TWINT to generate actionable insights that directly inform and drive product development.

Do you like to dream big and work passionately on crazy ideas? TWINT has long been much more than "just" the most popular payment app in Switzerland. If you also want to be part of our success story, then we are looking for you as a Digital (App) Analyst in Zurich or Bern with Home Office.

Your impact at TWINT:

  • Configure, and maintain Google Analytics, Firebase, and BigQuery to track app events, user interactions, and conversion funnels in alignment with business goals

  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports to visualize product performance metrics and user behavior

  • Analyze engagement metrics, trends, and patterns, including cohort analysis, user segmentation, and A/B testing, to identify opportunities for product improvements

  • Use SQL and BigQuery to integrate data from multiple sources and deliver holistic insights into app performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and translate insights into strategies that enhance app features and user experience

  • Generate detailed reports with key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders

  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to data collection and analysis processes

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, specifically using Google Analytics and Firebase

  • Proven experience with Google BigQuery and strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Oracle Analytics)

  • Good understanding of mobile app development and tracking (iOS and Android)

  • Experience with Flutter a plus

  • Experience in the fintech or payment app industry is highly desirable

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to data accuracy

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

What awaits you:

  • Career and development: Shape your professional future through exciting tasks and challenges, as well as comprehensive further education opportunities in an innovative technology company.

  • Work-life balance: Enjoy 6 weeks of vacation time and benefit from flexible working hours with the option to work from home.

  • Balancing work and family: Benefit from additional perks such as increased family allowances and more parental leave.

  • Team spirit and positive work atmosphere: Experience a collegial and healthy work culture, accompanied by regular events that strengthen collaboration.

  • Fair and competitive compensation: At TWINT, we focus on a fair wage culture & fair pay. We also offer attractive additional benefits.

  • Central locations: Our offices are located in the heart of Zurich and Bern and are easily accessible by public transport.
